Drop Off and Pick Up Policy

Parents are expected to drop off and pick up their players/cheerleaders on time with all necessary equipment. Participants must be walked into and out of practice and game fields by a parent or authorized adult. Participants shall not be dropped off and/or left at NBYFL activities without properly being checked-into the care of a coach. Participants will not be released from the care of a coach except into the hands of a parent or authorized adult. While it is NBYFL's preference that participants have at least one parent and/or accompanying adult present at and during NBYFL activities, it is understandable that sometimes this arrangement can not be achieved. In these instances, the participant's coach and or coaches must be made aware that the participant is being "checked-in, dropped-off and left". To authorize someone to assist you in dropping off and picking up your player, please complete the authorization section during your child's registration process.
Communication is key in keeping our community youth safe. This policy is important and necessary.
