What happens if my child can not begin practice on the designated start date?

It is understandable that sometimes participants have legitimate family obligations which prevent them from starting the season with their team. In these cases, the participant's parent/guardian should contact the participants's Head Coach as soon as they can, best case before the practice season begins, to make arrangements for any possible make-up opportunities and for participation/integration upon return/arrival.
We encourage all players to be present when his/her program begins as best they are able as there are key elements and important steps during the beginning weeks which must be met for actual game play and cheer eligibility.
