What is NBYFL's Refund Policy?

Should a registered participant (football or cheer) become ineligible or unable to participate, and our League President is notified before August 1, the participant's entire registration fee will be refunded.  After August 1, depending on the date, some of the fee may, or may not, be refundable minus necessary administration costs as determined by the Board of Officers.


Equipment deposits, if collected, will be wholly refunded at the end of the respective season, when equipment is returned in good condition as agreed to in NBYFL's COC Agreement.
