To join, navigate to our Member Portal page and choose the 'create an account' option. Then follow the steps to complete your member profile. Once you've created your profile, you can add a spouse or another adult to the account as well as your child(ren) (for both football and cheer). Once you've added all your family/group members to the account you or they can register for sessions.

Registering youth for a session:  On the main log-in screen of your Member account choose the child for whom you already created a profile. Choose a session to register for and follow the steps to provide the requisite information. Then proceed to checkout. Complete the checkout information requested. You will come to a screen that allows you to select a payment plan to pay your fee via credit card in installments. If you do not wish to pay in installments or immediately at time of registration, you need to select the Pay-in-Full option. The Pay-in-Full option will take you to a new screen which will allow you to select to pay in full online or Mail Your Payment. If you choose Mail Your Payment, you can either mail your payment to the address provided when you are ready to pay your fee in full-- or, you can log back into your account at a later date (before Aug 1) and pay your balance due online via credit card. 

Adults wishing to Volunteer/Register themselves, first need approval from a Head Coach, Cheer Director or Board Member. Once approved, these Volunteers (Coach, Asst Coach, Team Parent, Team Photographer, Team Videographer, Team Statistician, Team First-Aid Responder) need to create a Member Account (if they don't already have one).  In that account they then select themselves to register for a session. They choose the session for which they are volunteering. Then they choose the level and role for which they are volunteering. Next they follow the steps to provide the requisite information. Coaches are required to complete the KidsSafe+ background check section (only volunteers dealing directly with children in the program need complete the KidsSafe+ background check when prompted). Next, the volunteer proceeds to checkout. The checkout cart total for volunteers will be $0. Complete the checkout process, select pay in full, submit, and your registration to volunteer is done.

Account settings and registration history will carry forward from season to season and for future sessions. So, please remember your login information. And, if any of your information changes, please be sure to update your account accordingly.

Now that you are a Member, we highly recommend that you download the TeamWall Mobile App from your mobile device App Store.  You log into the app with your Member Portal credentials (ID and Password).  This app will provide you with your roster info, schedules, news, coach and team parent communications, has a feature where you can upload photos and share with your team's families, it has a chat feature to connect with your level's families too.
