Name, Location and Duration
- Name. The name of this Corporation is Newton Braves Youth Football League A NJ Non-Profit Corporation [a.k.a. NBYFL], and herein is and will be referred to as “NBYFL” or “League”.
- Location. The principle place of and physical address for business shall initially be located at 38 Summit Road, Andover, NJ 07821, while the League’s administrative office is located remotely on a shared network managed by the League Admin and accessible to NBYFL Trustees and Officers via the internet and remote login. NBYFL Trustees, Officers, Staff and volunteers are reachable to the public via email, US mail at PO Box 226, Andover, NJ 07821, telephone at 973.862.5052, and in-person by appointment.
- Duration. NBYFL shall have perpetual existence.
