Upon dissolution of NBYFL, the Board of Trustees shall, after paying or making provision for payment, from Corporation assets, of all liabilities of NBYFL by NBYFL, including the costs and expenses of such dissolution, dispose of all remaining assets of NBYFL exclusively for the exempt purposes of NBYFL or distributed to an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) or 170 (c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code, 1986 (as amended) or the corresponding provisions of any future federal law, as shall be selected by the last Board of Trustees. In no event shall any of the business, properties, assets or income of NBYFL, in the event of dissolution thereof, be distributed to the Trustees, Officers, Directors, members, staff or volunteers, either for the reimbursement of any sums subscribed, donated or contributed by the same, or for any other purpose. Any such assets so disposed of shall be disposed of by, and in the manner designated by, the state court of New Jersey which has jurisdiction over the matter.
