Statement of Nondiscrimination
Notwithstanding any provision of these Bylaws, NBYFL shall not discriminate against any Trustee, Officer, Director, staff, employee, volunteer, applicant, member or participant on the basis of gender, age, race, color, ethnicity, sexual-orientation, religion, handicap or national origin.
