    1. No substantial part of the activities of NBYFL and its members shall consist of carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the corporation shall not participate or intervene in any political campaign (including the publishing or distribution of statements) on behalf of any candidate for public office.

      2. NYBFL is a nonprofit, noncommercial, nonsectarian, and nonpartisan organization. It, nor its members and participants on its behalf, shall not donate or endorse candidates for any office, intervene in political campaigns of any size or at any level, without exception. NYBFL will promote on behalf of its donors and sponsors, as such, without agenda or bias.

        3. Only a sitting President of the Board of Officers is permitted to sign on behalf of the League, commit NBFYL to expenditure or enter it into contracts or agreements, after a majority vote of the Board of Officers in support.

          4. All fund-raising activities undertaken for the benefit of NBYFL shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Board of Officers. All proceeds will benefit NBYFL toward its goals and objectives in serving its youth participants.

            5. NBYFL and all its members, participants, representatives, et al, will conduct any and all activities so that the physical and moral welfare of the youth for whose benefit it is organized shall remain paramount and all matters of Policy herein and thereto shall be determined on that basis.

              6. NBYFL prohibits any direct advertising of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products in connection with NBYFL or any of its programs.

                7. NBYFL has a zero-tolerance policy and prohibits any form of harassment, misconduct or discrimination as provided in Article XI of its Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.

                  8. Concession Stand Guidelines.

                    1. Open Cash Box. amount should be noted in box. Receipt should be added to box for any cash out expenses. One person, assigned by C’stand Manager, is to handle cash box at a time. That person shall have full responsibility of cash box until relieved of duty by C’stand Manager. 
                    2. Close Cash Box. Box should be counted by C’stand Manager or person assigned, and one other person. Closing summary with names of closers should be emailed to Treasurer and President with cc to admin@nbyfl.com. Box should then be returned to C’stand Manager’s possession.
