The Secretary will keep League schedules, calendars, files, organizational charts, contracts, service lists, manuals, reports, governing documents, minutes and accurate notes of all meetings of the Board. The Secretary is the custodian of all League records, give all notices, and generally perform all duties incident to the office of Secretary and any other duties as may be required by law, by these Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, or as directed by the Board of Officers and/or the Board of Trustees.
