Most complaints are usually ideas/suggestions in the making. Sometime complaints are necessary information needed to help manage goings-on. In any event, it is always a good practice to make known a complaint or question you have, for many good reasons. The first and best reason is for the sake of communication and making certain of the safety and well-being of our youth participants. The second is to create an opportunity for growth and development in the best interest of our programs and its youth benefactors.

If you have a complaint, idea, suggestion, thought or question, please follow the channel of contacts and resources provided below to make it known. We suggest you Start with #1 and/or #2. If you are not satisfied with the response or outcome you receive, contact #4.  If you are not satisfied with the response or outcome you receive, contact #5.  

1. Your Head Coach, Coaches, or Team Parent

2. An NBYFL Volunteer Staff Member

3. An Officer of the NBYFL Board

4. The NBYFL Board President

5. An Executive of the NBYFL Board of Trustees

If you have a high-level or very serious issue or complaint re our program, safety or about one of our Volunteers (coaches, staff, board members, etc.) or members, please contact our Board President without delay or concern.
