If you are having trouble uploading to our SmugMug Galleries, pleas check the system and browser specifications below.
Fully Supported Operating Systems and Browsers
Windows 10: Edge; latest version of Firefox; latest version of Chrome
Windows 8: IE10 and IE11; latest version of Firefox; latest version of Chrome
Windows 7: IE9, IE10, and IE11; latest version of Firefox; latest version of Chrome
Windows Vista: IE9; latest version of Firefox; latest version of Chrome
Mac OS X 10.10 and above: Safari 8 and above; latest version of Firefox; latest version of Chrome
Mac OS X 10.9: Safari 7 and above; latest version of Firefox; latest version of Chrome
We love Chrome and Firefox, and they're both free and easy to install. They'll work on both Mac and PC.
FYI: We really support production-ready browsers, so if you're using a beta version and something looks funny, please try one of the browsers listed above.

Are You a Linux User?
Cool! While not officially supported, most things on SmugMug will work just fine using the most recent version of Firefox. If you're stuck, we have help on our support forum right here.
