2016 is Coach Young's 10th Season on our NBYFL Coaching Staff. Coach Young started as a Flag Level Coach, worked his way through the ranks to our Varsity Level in 2014. Coach Young is starting the cycle over again at Flag Level this season. Coach Young Coach Young has served on the League's Board of Officers for a number of years as our League Representative and Flag Director. Coach Young was elected to the Board as President in 2016. Coach Young attended Lycoming College and played football and wrestled for the Warriors. Currently Coach Young operates an automotive service station in Wharton, NJ.

When asked about coaching, Coach Young said, "There is more to coaching than x's and o's. I was blessed to have experienced great coaches while growing up who taught me how to be more than a player. They taught me valuable life lessons such as commitment, courage, confidence and most of all-- being a team player As the current Varsity Level enters their last youth season, I hope to pass on these valuable life lessons to a great group of young men."
