2016 is Coach Sibblies's 15th Season on our NBYFL Coaching Staff. He has coached each level, with two championship seasons and a PeeWee Level going undefeated (12-0) in 2007. Coach Sibblies played football through high school. Coach Sibblies attended Lockhaven University, where he was a Division 1 Wrestler. Currently, Coach Sibblies is an Account Rep for Ricoh USA.

When asked about coaching, Coach Sibblies said, "Coaching is much like parenting... to do either well requires love, patience, trust and respect. Kids learn best through trust, relationship tangibles and instruction that is based in life lessons. I try to teach our youth respect, not just for the game, but for the process and the fundamentals. It is a privilege to be able to work with our players and teach football, the greatest game in the world. Being called 'coach' is an honor that I proudly cherish and take very seriously."
