2016 is Coach McLean's 4th Season on our NBYFL Coaching Staff, though he has coached youth football for 9 years. Coach McLean played football through high school. He received his Bachelors of Science in Business from Centenary College. Coach McLean is currently an Account Executive at MedPro Systems.

When asked about coaching, Coach McLean said, "Teaching kids how to work together toward a common goal is my favorite part of coaching football. Teaching the concept of 'WE' instead of 'ME' helps to instill leadership qualities, compassion for your fellow teammates and a collective desire to win together. Once this is taught, success becomes automatic."
