2016 is Coach Guerra's 7th Season on our NBYFL Coaching Staff. He has 4 years experience in coaching baseball as well. Coach Guerra has served on our League's Board of Officers for a number of terms, most recently and currently as Flag Directory. Coach Guerra played football through high school. He received a Bachelors of Science in Management from Stockton College of NJ. Coach Guerra is currently a Territory Manager for Moen Faucets.

When asked about coaching, Coach Guerra said, "Best thing about coaching youth football is the opportunity to help guide our kids into learning the tools necessary to be a successful adult. Teaching hard work pays and the reward for hard work is there."
