Newton Braves Youth Football League (NBYFL) has 3 divisions of instructional cheer for the youth of Newton, Andover and Green, ages 5 to 14 (K thru 8th grade).
Instructional Divisions of Braves Cheer:
1) Introductory
2) Intermediate
3) Advanced
Within each division, Braves Cheer has the following levels:
1) Flag, PreClinic
2) Clinic, Super PeeWee
3) PeeWee, JV and Varsity
Each NBYFL level makes up a "Braves Squad".
Squads are akin to and part of each Football Team.
Each Squad may consist of the following:
- Head Coach
- Coaches
- Assistant Coaches
- Squad Rep
- Cheerleaders
- Team Parent
- Team Photographer
