Referees are assigned by League Assigners. They are to follow the Rules we've adopted which mirror those of the Morris County Youth Football League. Two Referees are assigned at the Instructional Levels. Referees have the authority during a game to order any player, coach or spectator from the field for infractions of the rules and/or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Home teams are responsible for supplying two (2) persons for the chain crew, while visiting team supplies one (1). At the Referees discretion, chains shall be kept on the visitor's side of the field.
