How do I customize JammText to my branding?

There are two ways to customize JammText for your branding

1. Custom advertisements (available to Pro account users). You can add your own custom advertisements including your logo into JammText.

Click on the montages page, drag and drop your advertisements. To remove the default advertisements, click on the default images in the montage and click the trash icon to remove them. For more info, see Adding advertisements and other media. For best results, we recommend adding two 1920x1080 ads and two 1850x100 ads.

2. White-label branding (available to Power User accounts and higher).

Click on the settings page. Click the Enable Custom Branding switch. Then enter your brand name, social media username, and how your phone number should be displayed. See here (link to article) for detailed information on the settings.

Custom white-label branding will make the following changes to the display:

• Your texting number will be displayed as you entered, including using letters instead of numbers
• The default social media messages will appear to come from your social media. Above the message you will see @YourBrand -> #MyHashtag, where YourBrand is your company brand and MyHashtag is the hashtag you selected
• Any blank MMS messages that come in will say YourBrand Picture Message in the message text
• The picture rewind screen will say YourBrand Picture Rewind in the upper right corner
• If you do not have any slides in your montage, the display will launch with a placeholder slide that says YourBrand instead of Powered by JammText
