In order to investigate your graphic problem, we may need you to send us the necessary data files.

Either

1. This procedure requires tOG Edit and is best for problems with individual graphics:

a. Open the graphic in tOG Edit.
b. On the top menu, click Graphic -> Export …
c. Next, chose the export Directory.
d. Change the Save To dropdown to “Zip.”
e. Click the big export button.
f. Send the zip file to us along with the version of tOG and the revision number along with details of the problem.

Or

2. This procedure doesn’t require tOG Edit:

a. If the project is under 300MB, you can use zipping software (7-zip, WinZip, etc.) to zip up the the whole project.
b. Otherwise, using zipping software (7-zip, WinZip, etc.) zip up the following folders:

GMScript/Template
GMData/Shaders
GMData/States
GMData/Textures
GMData/Materials
(We may also need elements from the GMData/Images folder, on request)

c: Send the zip file(s) to us along with the version of tOG and the revision number along with details of the problem.
