Security Key (Dongle) not recognised

The RT Software Security key (USB dongle) must be inserted in a USB port.
The device drivers are loaded as part of the installer “togpre-4.6.x_rxxx-windows-installer.exe”
The PC must be rebooted after the installation otherwise the device drivers will not be loaded.
If the device drivers do not appear to be loaded or the dongle does not illuminate green, first try a different USB port.
Check the SafeNet Sentinel device drivers are loaded correctly in Windows Device Manager.
