Return Policy:

We gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase. Once order has been authorized for return, ship item prepaid to us for evaluation and exchange. Manufacturer will cover the cost of replacement item and return delivery if item is deemed defective.

Returned items must be in new saleable condition with all ORIGINAL packaging and contents. Units showing signs of use, ie. solder or screw marks or scratches cannot be returned. A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply in situations where the returned items(s) are not saleable as brand new, or are missing parts or original packaging. Please use the message app on our website for an RMA # prior to making a return. If a refund is disallowed, and in the event of a store credit being issued, the credit is good for 1 year from date of issuance. Special order items are NOT returnable. Refunds are applied within 24 hours to the buyers account originally used for the purchase. We will email confirmation of refund immediately upon issuance.

RETURNS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION.

SPEAKER DIAPHRAGMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL FACTORY PACKAGING, including the outer shipping box, with no labels applied to the factory box! Otherwise, a refund may be denied.

IF A RETURNED ITEM SHOWS ANY SIGNS OF INSTALLATION OR USE, A REFUND MAY BE DENIED.


Items returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, mis-ordered, or no longer needed:

We make every attempt to insure your order is delivered to the correct address and in a timely manner, including "free shipping" items. If an item is returned to us or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered on our website, PayPal, Amazon or eBay, you will be responsible for placing a new order and payment of any lost shipping fees.

If a "free shipping" item is returned for any reason we will deduct the cost of shipping and a restocking fee (usually around 20%) from your refund. If you need to make an exchange, we will charge or refund any difference in the cost of the item you are exchanging, and apply a return shipping charge to the exchanged item.
