The USB port may be locked by some IT departments that will prevent them from reading the green software protection dongles (Keylock 2). Once this has been rectified, you may get an error message that the dongle is not recognized or not authorized. The driver must be reinstalled (it was loaded originally when the SpeedCast software is installed). Click on the button below to view the tutorial on reinstalling the dongle driver.
