I am getting a "Licensing Error" or "Export Error" message when trying to generate or publish a Dashboard.

When you reopen an existing Dashboard file and try to generate or publish a Dashboard by clicking on the "DCC" or "Publish DCC", you get one of the following error messages:

1. You must re-open the file using this method to prevent this error.


2. Do not re-open an existing file by clicking on the File > Open tab on the top of the SpeedCast program.


3. Instead, close your current session of SpeedCast and open it again by clicking on the SpeedCast icon.


4. Click on the "Open Dashboard Folder" button on the sub-menu and then click on the file to open and generate a Dashboard.
