Yes, you can adjust the axial and radial depths of cut to see the impact it will have on the stable speeds. You will see this for yourself in the Dashboard training lessons. Feed rate does not typically induce nor reduce chatter. We use the maximum chip load provided by the tool manufacturer as our upper limit, but we have a calculator that will adjust the feed rate (and surface speed) for low engagement cuts that don't generate a lot of heat. The Dashboard will automatically calculate inches per minute for any change in spindle speed at the set chip load.
