Sending TXF Files to Support

Should you have a problem with a measurement or Dashboard, the first thing you should do BEFORE calling support is send the TXF file first. We can open the file and quickly diagnose the problem. Do not send the Dashboard or HTML file of the same name. The TXF file ends in .txf and contains the actual tap-test measurement. We can generate a Dashboard from the TXF file if needed. In addition to sending the file, let us know what the issue you are having us is, via text message, email or phone call.

There are two methods of uploading files; 1) directly from within MillMax, and 2) via your email program.
