This occurs when you launch MillMax software and then insert the dongle after starting. When you try to create a DCC (Dashboard) by clicking on the DCC button, you get this error message. You must insert the dongle before opening the MIllMax software.

UPDATE: If this is still occurring you may have a corrupted TXF file. You can try to open the file, with the dongle inserted, and make a single change (like adjust the current conditions) and close it to save it as a new file name. Open the new file and it should work. If not send the original file to support to have it recovered.
