If you get this message it is because it could not find the correct App on your iPad. The Articulate App will try to load automatically when you opened your first lesson. If you declined to load this free app or deleted it later you will get this message.
The quickest solution is to bypass the app by clicking on the PC/iPhone link an opening the HTML version of the lesson.
If you want to reload the app, go to the App Store on your iPad and search for "Articulate".
Touch on the "articulate mobile player"
Touch "Get".
