Adding an Adapter

Adding an adapter or extension is for reference purposes, it does not impact the measurement or the analysis.
Click on EDIT ADAPTER button.
Click on ADAPTER DETAILS button.
Click on the drop down arrow next to the ADAPTER DATABASE. Select and click on the tool brand. If it is not there type in the name. A new database will be generated.
Enter whatever data you have on the adapter. If you enter a gage length, it will be added to toolholder and tool stick-out to generate the total gage length or Z value on main the Setup Screen.
Click ADD.
Click OK.
The new adapter will appear. Click OK.
