If you get an output that looks like this where it looks like there was no measurement at all, the tool has too much damping and you need to lower the frequency bandwidth range.
If you go from 10 kHz to 5 or 2 kHz, do a test tap in the "x" direction to make sure you are not missing any of the frequencies.
