Databases did not load with new install of SpeedCast.

In some cases, when IT loads the SpeedCast software. To check click on the SpeedCast icon on your computer's desktop. When this initial screen opens, click on the Open Database Folder button:

Check the lower left hand corner to see how many files are in that folder. There should be 180+ files or databases like the example below. If it does you are good to go

If it is less than that like this example, you need to download the databases by following the instructions ton this webpage: https://www.taptest.co/databases.html

You can have IT do it or you can do it yourself. No special permissions are required.
